There are many ways to get involved at First Baptist Church. We look forward to seeing you.
MINISTRIES
Adult Sunday School
FBC sees the Bible as our road map. As we study together, we find God’s direction for our lives and encouragement for our daily lives. Classes meet immediately following our worship service.
Discipleship
FBC focuses on giving our people a firm foundation for what they believe and why they can believe it. Lasting friendships develop and faith grows as we share trials and triumphs and support each other through prayer and service.
Outreach
FBC believes that sharing the Good News of eternal life in Christ is of the highest importance. We provide many opportunities and tools to help our people share their faith with others. Our Lord’s last command is our greatest concern.
Fellowship
FBC provides many special events to bond and grow as fellow Christians and members of this church body. In addition, we have many opportunities for members to serve the church together in practical ways.
Children’s Sunday School and Church
FBC believes children are precious to the Lord (Psalms 127:3). Our goal is to provide loving, quality care and well-planned learning activities to draw each child to the Savior and on to a lifelong walk with Him. Our nursery is always open during Worship Service, Sunday School and scheduled events.
Nursery (0-2 years)
Our Nursery is more than just a place to leave your baby during our services. The focus is to be a fun and loving environment where your child can learn about God’s love. The ladies who staff the Nursery are trained and committed to the care and nurture of every child.
Toddlers (2-3 years)
Our Toddler program during Morning Worship offers music, art and Bible teachings o the level that this age group can understand.
Primaries (4-6 years)
Juniors (6-10 years)
Teens (13-18 years)
One of the goals for our Primaries, Juniors and Teens is to teach them about God’s Individual love and care for them. Sunday School for these groups seeks to give them a practical knowledge of the Bible and its Author in an enjoyable and relatable way.
Children’s Church
Children need friends, especially friends who share their faith. In our Children’s Church, they can get to know each other while participating in crafts, learning, singing and hearing exciting Bible stories with meaning for their daily lives and problems.
